Leadership Monterey Peninsula

has been growing the number of qualified people who play active roles in volunteering since 1982.

Over its 28 year history, Leadership Monterey Peninsula has become fully integrated into the fabric of our community in many important and valuable ways.

Its impact is felt through:
- Its more than 700 graduates who work in the industries, influential companies, and organizations throughout in our region
- Its active alumni who are involved in more than 250 Monterey County charities and organizations
- And, its many community leadership education programs that include seminars, lectures and public outreach

Leadership Monterey Peninsula can continue to be a catalyst for bringing groups together, to better connect and address community issues, and to help make coordinated and aligned decisions that will positively impact our very special region.
