From the Highway 1 Gate:
Stay left and proceed down the hill on 17 Mile Drive.
Go forward through the first stop sign then turn right onto Forest Lake Road.
Go up hill past Stevenson School, straight through the next stop sign, then left onto Benbow Place.
1203 is at the end of the street.

From Pacific Grove, enter the Country Club Gate:
Go on Forest Lodge Road through the first stop sign. Then bear left onto Sloat Road.
After passing Monterey Peninsula Country Club on your right, turn left at the next stop sign onto Lopez Road.
At a “Y” near the fire station, bear right onto Forest Lake Road and proceed straight.
Then turn right onto Benbow Place. 1203 is at the end of the street.

Nonprofits & Arts Class Day will conclude with a presentation and tour at Carmel’s Sunset Center

On Wednesday, May 8, the Leadership Monterey Peninsula Class of 2013 will be getting an in-depth look at important social resources and arts programs in the region.  They will learn the structure of nonprofit organizations, the role of the Board versus the role of the executive director and nonprofit contributions to the quality of life in our community are all covered.  Visits to various nonprofit facilities are included.

Description of the continuum of health services available on the Peninsula.  Includes a visit to human service facilities such as Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, the Salvation Army, Hospice, the Monterey County Aids Project.
